 Q.  How do I make a Reservation? 

A.  You can call our office on 00353 91 580040 or 00353 91 580041 and we can take your details there.
You can also email us on info@dunaras.ie letting us know what dates you require.

Q. Do I have to pay a deposit to confirm my reservation?   

A.  Yes. A non-refundable booking deposit of €100 per apartment per week is required to secure your reservation. The balance of monies are to be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival. A letter of confirmation will be issued upon receipt of deposit payment. Late payments may result in the booking being cancelled.

Cancellation Policy:
If for some reason you wish to cancel your booking the following cancellation policy applies:
2 weeks or more before arrival - Non refundable Booking Deposit retained
Less than 2 weeks before arrival - 100% apartment rental retained
 

Q. After my reservation is made when can I check in?  

A.  Weekly Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time will be between 3pm and 6pm. Late arrivals can be catered for but management must be notified in advance. Check out on day of departure must be no later than 10.30 am. 
 

Q. Will I have to pay a security deposit? 

A.  A €100 security deposit per apartment is payable on arrival and will be returned once management are satisfied that no damage or disturbance has been caused. The apartment and its contents must be maintained and left in a clean and tidy condition on departure. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning charge.
 

Q. What linen is included in the apartment?  

A.  All apartments will have one set of bed linen and towels provided. Special requests such as provision of cots or extra linen for example must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival. We will do our best to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee that such extras will be available at all times.
 

Q. Is there an electricity charge?  

A.  Yes. There will be an extra charge for electricity (payable on arrival) which will be as 
follows:
Stays of up to 4 days - €10
Stays of up to 7 days -  €15 per week
 

Q. Are the apartments smoking or non-smoking? 

A.  Dunaras Village is a non smoking residence, but smoking is permitted outside of the apartments
 

Q. Are pets allowed?   

A.  Pets are not permitted on the premises. Exception is made for guide dogs.
 

Q. How often are the apartments cleaned? 

A.  Apartments are cleaned following departure of guests or weekly for longer stays. Requests for extra changes of towels can be accommodated but at an extra charge.
